State Police Investigate Oxford Copper Pipe Theft | Oxford, CT Patch

OXFORD, CT — Police are investigating the theft of copper pipes from an Oakwood Drive home in Oxford. State police posted on Facebook that between 11 a.m. May 31 and 10 a.m. June 1, someone forcibly entered an unoccupied house and cut out and removed a large quantity of copper plumbing pipes and fittings.

The theft caused considerable damage to the home. Anyone who might have seen a suspicious vehicle or that has cameras that might have captured the suspect vehicle is asked to contact Officer Dyki at (203)888-4353 or officerdyki@oxford-ct.gov and refer to case #2200235641.
